PHILADELPHIA, April 8, 2026―Duane Morris LLP advised Bureau Veritas, a global leader in testing, inspection and certification services, in its acquisition of LotusWorks, based in Sligo, Ireland, with operations in multiple countries, including the U.S., for total consideration of €375 million plus an earnout. Upon closing, Bureau Veritas will become a leader in the high-growth data center and semiconductor manufacturing industry.
